Terra Basche, Terra Malia Designs

Terra Basche of Terra Malia Designs in Santa Barbara used Terrecotte San Rocco’s rectangular Cassetta Liscia and Cassetta Liscia Atlas at the headquarters of SONOS in Santa Barbara to create a patio area between the parking lot and the building. The terra cotta planters were placed side-by-side to create a barrier to set the two areas apart from each other and provide a space for staff to have outdoor meetings or enjoy lunch.

Rebecca Sweet, Harmony in the Garden

Rebecca Sweet’s company, Harmony in the Garden is located in Northern California. This large estate in Stanford, California boasted two large lawn areas, one of which Rebecca removed and replaced with low-water succulents and cactus. Tucked among the succulents is a fountain conversion made from a Greek oil jar, the Michalis, serving as a central focal point.

Joni Holland, Bloomin’ Crazy

Bloomin’ Crazy is a small garden design company located in California’s South Bay. Joni Holland has used Eye of the Day’s pots and planters in a number of her projects. In this design, the homeowner wanted a simpler aesthetic and easier maintenance, while still having natural beauty blend with the native setting. The classic Gladding McBean Oil Jar and French Biot are beautiful fountain conversions that complement the landscape and design.
