Eye of the Day is my go-to source for garden “jewelry”. They have unique pieces in a broad range of styles, customized services, excellent quality and exceptional service.

As landscape architects in the Santa Barbara area, Eye of the Day is our main local source for beautiful antique, traditional, modern and unique outdoor pottery and fountains. Brent and Suzi are extremely helpful and work diligently to source and finish pieces that will complete all genres of landscape design. Their Italian terracotta lines are extremely well made and many of my clients now seem to expect that level of craftsmanship from the pieces we select.

We’ve found ancient stone relics that Eye of the Day painstakingly brought back to their original beauty and modern concrete pots that they gave the perfect tone of stain to compliment adjacent architecture. The showroom has such a variety in stock that we often bring client’s in for a couple hours to tour and get inspired. Brent is also constantly sourcing new pieces, so there’s always something new to find.

My search for a garden worthy concrete bench ended at Eye Of The Day garden supply in Carpinteria. The owner, Brent, was so helpful, hauling out catalogs when we realized my dream bench wasn’t on site. We found it, I ordered it and they will deliver it to my site. Doesn’t get better than that. And did I say that it was reasonably priced? I will definitely shop there again!
